Refunds
We offer refunds within the first 30 days of purchase. You are responsible to pay shipping fees for any return, and upon receipt of the item, we will refund the original purchase price less any original shipping charges. Gift cards are exempt from refunds. Please contact support@inclusivechristmas.com with any refund request.
Eligibility for Refunds
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and other components intact.
- We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Shipping
- Once your refund is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and for returning the item.
- We suggest purchasing insurance for any returns, as we cannot guarantee returns on items we do not receive.
Exchanges
We will replace defective or damaged items upon proof of damage or defect, within 30 days of purchase, with a replacement item of the same SKU.
European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all components, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
